Tim is the Outreach Lead for the New Construction Program, where he develops outreach strategies and partner engagement initiatives to advance energy efficient building practices across New Jersey. He holds a BS in Energy: Business and Finance from Penn State University and an MBS in Sustainability from Rutgers University.
