Step 1: New RPS System for Reporting RPS Compliance
To improve efficiency, consistency, transparency, and reporting accuracy, TRC, in coordination with NJBPU Staff, has developed and implemented an automated RPS Compliance Reporting System. The new software system will require registration. Once registered, you can upload the completed EY26 Retail Sales Spreadsheet below. The Retail Sales Spreadsheet must be uploaded with any applicable supporting documentation through the NJBPU’s NEW RPS System.

Step 2: NJBPU E-Filing System Submission
You will also be required to file through the NJBPU E-Filing Docketed System, as in prior energy year filings.Please refer to BPU Docket Number # QO26010003 - IN THE MATTER OF CLEAN ENERGY NON-DOCKETED MATTERS FOR EY2026 RPS REPORTS.
To Request Confidentiality
Pursuant to N.J.A.C. 14:1-12.3 Procedure for Making a Confidentiality Claim, you have a “confidentiality” option when filing documents. To request confidentiality for any reports or supporting documents, you will be required to also file through the NJBPU E-Filing System. You are required to include a letter requesting confidentiality together with an affidavit with your submission.
