Triennium 2.5 Straw Proposal and Information Session
The New Jersey Board of Public Utilities (“NJBPU”) invites stakeholders and members of the public to participate in an information session and provide written comments on a straw proposal regarding a one (1)-year extension of New Jersey’s second period of energy efficiency (“EE”) and peak demand reduction programs administered by the State’s investor-owned electric and gas utilities pursuant to the New Jersey Clean Energy Act of 2018 (“Straw Proposal”).
